What do I need to bring?

Shoes with cleates are the most suitable: hockey or football shoes, for example, but regular outdoor sports shoes are also possible. Furthermore, we recommend putting on clothes in layers; during explanations, we often stand still for a while and otherwise you may cool down too much. Also bring a bottle of water.

What if I can’t make it for a day?

No problem, you can participate for 1 or more days and if you want to get to know us and the sport even better afterwards, you can train a few more times during the regular training sessions.
